met up with jason and spoke of vivek

jason filled in some gaps in my mind of what vivek was doing in the years i didnt encounter him. vivek rory and jason were freshman at ohio state. sophmore year tey met for the first time. jason had a friend from his home town like i had with kirby and through this friend he met his friends roommate vivek a different guy who worked out and was working on becoming a engineer. there was a small get together and vivek was there with his friend vivek. jason said vivek was very awkward and nervous and maybe didnt have much self confidence. this is very different than what i remember vivek as. but it also makes sense. jason took vivek under his wing at first they were friends but later vivek would call jason late at night and advise him on various stuff. the way nick and kirby did for me. and vivek had a bad relationship with him parents. they wanted him to study and he didnt really. so vivek and rory and jason didnt begin playing together until their junior year. when they did get to playing they also had a drummer and the band was called the mannaquin republic.

there was a television skit where a kid called asthmo would sit and perhaps get bossed around and he finally got the courage to stand up to the woman and she sat on him. he was called asthmo because he had asthma and they nicknamed him that.

i thought that was kind of not great the way they made fun of vivek. but then i guess they like nick and kirby also did him some good. in the end though i decided kirby and nick were not good for me.
